Payment

We accept payments securely via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Credit Cards. You do not need a PayPal account to make paymentsโ€”simply use your debit or credit card. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please reach out to us for further instructions. Payment includes fees, shipping, and handling costs.


Shipping / Delivery

We ship worldwide! All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours and come with tracking information. For orders including pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order is available. If you prefer to receive your items separately, please let us know and we will charge additional shipping fees accordingly. You will receive an email notification once your order is packed and ready for shipment. Please add orders@chaputa.com to your email whitelist to ensure our shipping updates donโ€™t end up in your junk folder.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 3โ€“7 business days
  • US & Canada: 7โ€“14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10โ€“21 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.


Pre-orders

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Please note that this might take longer depending on production timelines.
If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, let us know and we will charge additional shipping fees for a separate shipment.


Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it or provide a refund once the item is returned to us. Please note:

  • You will be responsible for return postage costs.
  • Always keep proof of postage in case the return is lost in transit.
  • Records must be returned sealed (if applicable).
    Unclaimed packages that are returned to us are not refundable. If you wish to have the item resent, new shipping charges will apply.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you donโ€™t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, check your junk folder, and let us know if you still havenโ€™t received it.


Stock Availability

All items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative options.
